If you purchased Student Edition before [give date of release of the browser version], you can easily transition to the Student Browser version when it’s time to renew. Simply back up your cases and upload them into Patient Management in the Browser version. Contact us if you need assistance with backup or restoration.
There is only one reason to keep your installed Student Edition and NOT transition to the Browser version. If you bought add-on books for your Student Edition, you will need to keep renewing your installed version since those extra books are not included in the Browser version. If this is the case, please contact us and renew through your representative instead of renewing on-line.
