  1. Change the rights : right click on the exe file and choose properties. Go to Compatibility tab and mark “Run as Administrator”
  2. Old Installers may give this problem. Install the program from the newest installer
  3. Delete the following files: MacRepertory.exe , MacRepertory.rsr , MacRepertory Settings.rsr
  4. Then reinstall from an original Synergy Homeopathic installer.
